AML & KYC Statement

How we prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions evasion.

Last updated: 20.10.2026

Corvex One AG (“Corvex One”) is a Swiss financial intermediary affiliated with the self-regulatory organization SO-FIT, which supervises it for anti-money-laundering (AML) purposes; Corvex One is not supervised by FINMA. We serve legal entities only. We apply a risk-based program to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions evasion. This statement summarizes it.

1. Know your customer. Before the first transaction we perform a due diligence on each client, its authorized representatives, beneficial owners and controlling persons, using official documents and independent sources. Clients cannot use our services before this review is completed successfully.

2. Screening. We screen clients, representatives and beneficial owners against sanctions lists and for politically exposed persons (PEPs) and adverse media, at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

3. Risk-based approach. Each client receives a risk rating that takes into account, for example, legal form and ownership structure, jurisdictions, business activity, expected transaction behavior and the source of funds. Higher-risk clients are subject to enhanced due diligence.

4. Wallets and payments. We verify that the client controls its wallets and repeat this check when needed. We analyze incoming and outgoing blockchain transactions with blockchain-analytics tools and exchange the originator and beneficiary information required by the Travel Rule with other service providers. Fiat payments are accepted only from, and made only to, accounts in the client’s own name.

5. Ongoing monitoring. We monitor client activity against the client’s profile and review client files regularly. Clients must tell us promptly about changes to their information.

6. Reporting and cooperation. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, terrorist financing or a criminal origin of assets, we report to the Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland (MROS). We may delay, reject or suspend transactions and freeze assets where the law requires. We are legally barred from informing the client about a report.

7. Clients we do not serve. We do not onboard the types of clients listed in our public Who We Don’t Serve list.

8. Governance and records. We have an appointed AML Responsible Officer (AMLRO), train our staff regularly and are subject to the rules and supervision of SO-FIT. We keep client and transaction records for at least 10 years after the end of the business relationship.
